Hi, I’m Ela Bajarca ( pronounced Eh-luh Bä-jär-kä ) a dedicated real estate professional specialising in residential, investment and lifestyle properties. With a diverse background in banking and insurance sales, human resources, psychology, and wellbeing coaching, I have over 20 years of experience in guiding people through life decisions. I bring a positive, solution-focused mindset to my work. Since 2022, I’ve been actively involved in real estate sales and property management in Auckland.
I’m known for my outstanding communication skills, investigative demeanour, honesty, transparency and integrity; I will always do what I say, and I will always do the right thing – I’m ethical and genuinely customer focused. I’ll be your real estate agent, marketing specialist, avid negotiator, your coach, your personal assistant, your trusted adviser, your interior designer and landscaper, plumber, painter, and anything in between! My dad was a plumber and a DIY enthusiast, and I used to help him. I’ve designed furniture and renovated houses. I love homes and property, and I love helping people achieve their property goals. I don’t mind lifting my sleeves up and doing what it needs to be done to present your property in the best light possible.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology
– Certified NLP Practitioner IANLP – NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming
– Life Coach trained in Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Art Therapy
– Had my own Life & Wellbeing Coaching business for 7 years
– Worked with some of the largest Financial Institutions around the world as a banker and insurance sales agent for 8 years
– Founded my own charity during Covid pandemic and helped the community with essential needs, as well with mental and social support
– ESOL Home Tutor Volunteer – English Language Partners
– Refugee Support Volunteer – Red Cross Refugee Settlement Programme
– I’ve been running community art & wellbeing workshops and held presentations in schools and business settings since 2013
– 2022 – Studied Real Estate and obtained my Real Estate Salesperson Licence with Real Estate Authority, and started working in real estate sales
– 2025 – Founded my own Property Management company
– 2026 – I’m a real estate salesperson and a property manager, and I’m studying towards gaining my Real Estate Branch Manager qualification
My creative flair and interest in art, architecture, and design add value to preparing homes for sale. Deeply involved in my community, I also lead local initiatives, I enjoy painting and exploring nature with my family.
